Common Q & A

Child Birth Video

Q: Where can I see a child birth video?

A: You should be able to rent a child birth video from your local library. Most libraries would have one, you just may not have noticed that section of the library until now (wink). Ask the librarian if they can get one for you.

Also try asking at the hospital where you plan to deliver if they might have access to one that you could borrow.

Your prenatal class will probably show one (and they are not scary, don't worry!). It's fascinating, really.

You can also try asking your doctor, or if you have a doula or a midwife, I'm sure they could arrange one for you.

Good luck finding one and if you are pregnant, all the best with your birth!
