Pregnancy can be a time of anxiety -- wondering what on earth you will do with this new little stranger you will bring home -- but it is also a time of great joy. I found that when I was expecting, I was so obsessed with being pregnant, I didn't really give a lot of thought to how I would take care of my new baby, and what exactly having a new baby entails. I thought it would just happen naturally.

Gone are the days when your mother moves in with you after the baby is born. New parents nowadays have to figure it all out by ourselves.

The thing is, you will figure it all out, and you will be a great parent!

But sometimes it’s nice to have the tips and tricks upfront to help you prepare for your baby. My goal is to help you by giving you free resources on:
